To get a graphing calculator on your laptop, follow these steps:
1. Download Wabbitemu for Windows 64-bit (This is the emulator.)
2. Download File (This is the operating system.)
3. Open the Wabbitemu you just downloaded.
4. Select Browse for a ROM image on my computer; then, click Browse.
5. This will open your downloads; click on the TI-84 Plus icon; click Open and then Finish.
6. All done! If the calculator looks weird, click the maximize button.
You can save this to your desktop! Or even better, pin it to your taskbar.
