On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, all juniors will take an official ACT during regular school hours. The exam format is paper/pencil, so both remote and in-person learners will need to report to THS by 7:15 AM.

To ensure a safe ACT administration to our Juniors, March 2, 2021 will be a remote learning day for students in grades 9, 10, & 12.

Stay up-to-date on ACT information by frequently checking the THS Testing Information webpage on the THS website:  Click Here

Please make sure that you have your parking lot stickers displayed properly in your vehicle.  All students who park on campus in either the Sr. Parking Lot or the Southside Parking Lot must have their vehicle registered in the office (see Ms. Alley in the business office for the required paperwork) and have the proper parking lot sticker displayed in the windshield of their vehicle.  Vehicles that are not registered with the school and do not display a LOT PARKING PASS are considered to be parked illegally and are subject to towing at the owners expense.  Only properly registered vehicles with the current 2020-21 Parking Lot Window Stickers will be allowed to park in campus parking lots.

Don’t forget to link your Food City Value card to Tennessee High School. You can do this by going to foodcity.com/schoolbucks.

If the student plans to take clinical internship class 2nd semester, they MUST obtain a copy of proof of the flu vaccine administered when they get it here at school. It is nearly impossible to track down once they leave and months have gone by. They can bring that directly to Mrs. Moore and I will file it away safe until needed next semester.

Help support the PTA through this year’s Turtleson fundraiser!  Turtleson offers premier lifestyle and active wear perfectly suited to your style. Turtleson is owned by Tennessee High School graduates, and now their own children are students at Tennessee High. In support of THS, they have offered to host this fundraiser, discounting the apparel and matching up to $500.  This link (https://bit.ly/THSptaFundraiser2021) will automatically enter in your discount code during the "checkout" process. FCA meets on Fridays after school in the auditorium.

A fire can breakout with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be. Once you evacuate due to a fire, NEVER go back inside a burning building. Once out, stay out. Firefighters will rescue anyone who needs help.
